These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZIVERSE mobile app and website (together, the “App”), operated by Gowappily Infotech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the App, whether as a tenant, buyer, owner, dealer or agent.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, contact details and KYC documents.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and active sessions secure, and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
• You can delete your account at any time from Menu → My Account → Delete Account (see our Delete Account page).

3. Listings and content

You are solely responsible for the listings, reels, photos, stories, comments and other content you post (“Your Content”) – that it is accurate, that you have the right to list the property and to use every image, video and sound in it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. ZIVERSE does not own, verify or guarantee any listing and is not a party to any rental or sale agreement between users.

You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example transcode or crop), display and distribute it within the App and in promotion of the App, for as long as it is on the App. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that others have lawfully shared and backups kept for a limited time.

4. Verification and trust badges

“Verified” and “Trusted” badges show that a user completed our verification process at a point in time. They are an aid to trust, not a guarantee of anyone’s conduct, and we are not liable for disputes arising from dealings with verified users.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: post fraudulent, misleading, duplicate or unlawful listings; post sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children; harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate others; spam, scrape or misuse chat, visit or agreement features; upload malware; circumvent security or payment systems; or interfere with the App’s operation. 6. Reporting and moderation

You can report listings, comments and users from the overflow (…) menu and block other users. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or notify authorities, at our discretion and where required by law.

7. Subscriptions, promotions and payments

Some features (such as plans, verification badges and Promote) are paid. Prices, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future purchases. Payments are processed by third-party gateways. Fees are generally non-refundable once the paid service has started, except where required by law or where we charged you in error; contact support@ziverse.app with your order details and we will review your request. Deleting your account ends any active subscription without a refund for the unused period.

8. Promoted and sponsored listings

Promote buys higher placement in Discover for a fixed package duration. Promoted posts may be labelled “Sponsored”. Placement does not guarantee views, leads or transactions. We may pause or remove Sponsored placement for abusive, misleading or prohibited content.

9. Creator Program

Creator Studio lets eligible users track progress toward creator rewards and earnings. Eligibility thresholds (for example followers, watch time, content volume) are published in the App and may change with notice. Reaching a threshold does not guarantee a payout; payouts require valid bank details, may need extra verification, are subject to applicable tax deductions and to our review for fraud or policy violations. Any wallet balance is forfeited if the account is deleted, so withdraw it first.

10. Music and third-party content

Music available in the App is licensed for use within the App only. You must not download, redistribute or use it outside the App. Do not upload content that infringes copyright; we act on valid infringement notices sent to support@ziverse.app.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or third parties.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Property details are supplied by users and must be independently verified before you pay any money or sign any agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIVERSE and Gowappily Infotech are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any transaction or dispute between users; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App.
